Quantiori ("we," "us," "our") operates the statistical sports analysis platform at quantiori.com. For privacy inquiries, contact us at privacy@quantiori.com.

2.1 Account data: Name, email address, hashed password (we never store plain-text passwords), subscription plan, billing cycle.

2.2 Payment data: We use Stripe for payment processing. We store only your Stripe Customer ID and Subscription ID — we never see, store or have access to full card numbers or CVV codes. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

2.3 Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps of activity. Used for service improvement and fraud prevention.

2.4 Bet Tracker data (Starter/Pro): Bet records you manually enter — match descriptions, odds, stakes, results. This data is stored securely and associated with your account only.

2.5 Communications: Support ticket content, email replies.

2.6 Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type. Used for security, fraud detection, and IP whitelisting (admin feature).

We use your data to:

• Provide, operate and improve the Platform


• Process payments and manage subscriptions


• Send service emails (prediction digests, account notifications, alerts)


• Provide customer support


• Detect fraud, security threats and Terms violations


• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

We share data only with:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Your card data is processed entirely by Stripe.


• Telegram: If you connect your Telegram account, your Telegram Chat ID is stored to provision channel access.


• Email providers (SMTP/Mailgun): To deliver service emails.


• Hosting provider: Server infrastructure where data is stored.

All third parties are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the specified purpose.

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records retained for 7 years for tax compliance).

Anonymised statistical data may be retained indefinitely.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data


• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data


• Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")


• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format


• Restriction: Request we stop processing your data in certain circumstances

We use cookies for:

• Session cookies: Required to keep you logged in. Cannot be disabled.


• CSRF tokens: Security tokens to prevent request forgery. Required.


• Preference cookies: To remember your dismissed disclaimers and UI preferences.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), encrypted storage of all API keys and sensitive settings, session IP binding for admin accounts, and regular security reviews.

However, no system is completely secure. By using the Platform, you accept the inherent risks of data transmission over the internet.

The Platform is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If we discover that a minor has registered, we will immediately terminate the account and delete associated data.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect.
