  • Quantiori is a statistical analysis platform — not a regulated betting advisory service.
  • Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice.
  • Gambling involves significant financial risk. You may lose all money wagered.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use this service.
  • Past model performance does not guarantee future results.

1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using Quantiori ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Nature of Service


2.1 Statistical Analysis Tool

Quantiori provides statistical analysis of sports data using mathematical models including, but not limited to, Dixon-Coles Poisson models, expected goal (xG) data analysis, and AI-assisted pattern recognition.

2.2 Not Regulated Advice

The Platform does not provide, and nothing on the Platform should be construed as:

  • Regulated financial advice or investment advice

  • Regulated gambling advice or betting tips

  • A guarantee or prediction of sporting outcomes

  • A guarantee of profit or return on any wager



2.3 Informational Purpose Only

All content, analyses, signals, recommendations, confidence scores, ROI figures, and any other data provided by the Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. You must not treat it as a basis for financial decisions without independent verification and your own due diligence.

2.4 No Liability for Betting Decisions

Any decision to place a bet or wager based on information provided by the Platform is made entirely at your own risk and sole discretion. Quantiori accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for losses incurred as a result of using our analyses.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification


3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age for gambling-related activities in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to register and use the Platform.

3.2 By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation and to immediately terminate accounts where age requirements are not met.

3.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using gambling-related statistical analysis is legal in your country or territory. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

4. Account Registration & Security


4.1 You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@quantiori.com.

4.4 We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion, including accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Subscription & Payments


5.1 Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

5.2 All prices are displayed in EUR. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.

5.3 Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

5.4 No Refunds. Due to the digital nature of the service, we do not offer refunds on subscription payments once a billing period has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

5.5 We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will not affect current billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property


6.1 All content on the Platform — including analyses, model outputs, designs, code, logos and text — is the intellectual property of Quantiori and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express written permission from Quantiori.

6.3 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Prohibited Use


You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform if you are under 18 or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction

  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Platform content or analyses without authorisation

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Platform

  • Share account credentials or subscription access with third parties

  • Represent Quantiori analyses as your own original work or as regulated advice

  • Use the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is illegal

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our models, algorithms or systems

8. Responsible Gambling


8.1 We are committed to promoting responsible gambling practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties


THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

  • Any analyses, signals, or confidence scores will be accurate

  • Following our analyses will result in profit

  • The Platform's historical performance will be replicated in the future


ALL STATISTICAL ANALYSES ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

10. Limitation of Liability


TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

10.1 Quantiori shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

10.2 Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in subscription fees in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

11. Affiliate Programme


11.1 Our affiliate programme pays commissions on referred subscription revenue: 20% (Tier 1, direct referral) and 10% (Tier 2, sub-referral), on a recurring basis while the referred subscription is active.

11.2 Commissions are paid to your account balance and may be withdrawn subject to a minimum threshold of €50.

11.3 We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions where fraud, self-referral, or abuse of the programme is suspected.

11.4 Affiliate links must not be used in spam, misleading advertising, or any promotion that misrepresents the nature of the Platform.

12. Governing Law & Disputes


These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
